As part of Raytheon's Radar Software Integration Team, you will contribute directly to the development and integration of advanced radar systems that support critical defense and aerospace applications.
The Ground and Maritime Defense Radar Software department is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Radar Software Integration Engineer to join the Radar Digital Product Line Software Operations team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, high-performance radar software solutions. This role involves integrating, testing, and troubleshooting radar software to ensure optimal system performance in various operating environments.
You will interact with downstream program stakeholders and tackle complex software integration issues across all products and programs supported by the Radar Digital Product Line. You will perform Tier 1 support and triage for software issues occurring at downstream test sites and will coordinate with in-plant subject matter experts to resolve these issues. You will deploy, install, and update radar software at downstream radar sites.

Location: Marlborough, MA or Tewksbury, MA Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
