Job Title: Account Development Representative
Location: Goodyear, AZ (On-site)
Schedule: Mon–Thu 7am–4pm, Fri 7am–11am (flexible)
Pay: $23–$24.50/hr | Contract-to-Hire
90 Day Contract-to-hire - Will switch from hourly to salary once converted.
Commissions can be had while on temp to hire status!
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to auto shops.
- Manage high-volume, short sales cycles.
- Communicate product benefits clearly.
- Track leads and progress in CRM.
- Collaborate with your team to hit goals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr.
