Accounts Payable Manager The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for leading the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor communications. This role manages one direct report locally and oversees a remote team based overseas, ensuring alignment with company standards and financial controls. This position is direct hire and will pay between $60K and $70K annually. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations of the accounts payable process, including invoice approvals, payment runs, and reconciliations.
• Managing and mentoring one direct report, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Coordinating with the offshore team to ensure consistent workflow, quality control, and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintaining vendor relationships and resolving payment issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborating with procurement, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Preparing reports and metrics for leadership review, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Supporting audits and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or finance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in managing cross-functional and remote teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
