We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in New York, New York. In this Contract to permanent position, you will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls, providing attentive and courteous assistance to callers.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records.
• Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
• Prepare reports and presentations using provided data.
• Monitor and restock office supplies to ensure availability.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage receptionist duties with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and tools.
• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in common office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
