Job Description

Your Day-to-Day:

• Ensure departments operate safely, comply with environmental standards, and maintain programs to protect personnel, facilities, and cleanliness.
• Oversee operations to maintain efficient workflows, production timelines, quality benchmarks, and inventory levels.
• Optimize resources, workforce, and processes to achieve cost-effective operations using team-based management principles and standard work policies.
• Coordinate planning and production efforts to ensure efficient scheduling, cost optimization, and process reliability while collaborating with quality assurance and engineering teams.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, quality initiatives, and productivity improvement strategies.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members and establish training programs to support operational goals and growth.
• Collaborate with other operational leaders and technical teams as needed.
• Support special projects or additional responsibilities as assigned, potentially stepping into a higher leadership role during absences.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or business management, with demonstrated technical aptitude.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, including supervisory and management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving change in industrial settings.
• Proven ability to manage large teams, set goals, allocate resources, and handle performance management processes.
• Technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support operational infrastructure.
• Experience with productivity methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Commitment to fostering a safe work environment.
• Familiarity with quality management principles and ERP systems
