Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic AV Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and collaborate directly with our Senior Engineer, assisting with system design, programming (primarily QSC-based), and various engineering-related tasks. This position offers excellent opportunities for growth and skill development within a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating detailed AV system designs tailored to client specifications and industry best practices.
• Perform programming primarily using QSC software and platforms (Q-SYS Designer, Core Manager).
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during project execution.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Contribute to the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical documentation, including project records, user manuals, and operational guides.
• Foster clear, honest, and open communication with customers throughout projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
• Support in pre-sales activities such as system demonstrations, client meetings, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of QSC programming experience (Q-SYS Designer, Core Manager).
• Basic understanding of AV system design and integration, including audio distribution, video conferencing, and control systems.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and basic IT knowledge relevant to AV system implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to transparent, clear, and professional customer engagement.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to the Vivo Technologies approach and culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications or training from QSC or related AV platforms.
• Experience or familiarity with additional AV software (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, etc.).
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
