We are seeking experienced Bar Managers who are proactive leaders and are passionate about Italian spirits, coffee and cocktail culture.
As a leader, you will be responsible for coaching front of house employees and enforcing Bar Pisellino's high standards of quality and execution. You may also be responsible for ordering, inventory, quality control, recruiting, scheduling, or other key areas of bar operations. You must be a role model for outstanding hospitality and foster teamwork and mutual respect among all employees. You must also bring exceptional attention to detail and unblemished professional ethics to our company.
