• You will make $100,000 more than you earned last year, or we will pay you the difference! We put this in writing. • The average income of our agents in North America is $250,000+. • Our agents close 24+ deals per year ON AVERAGE. • We provide qualified appointments, NOT leads, and therefore sell 3X our closest competitors. Responsibilities: • Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner. • Uncover the priorities of the buyers, locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes. • Use a consultative, servant-leader approach. • Follow a proven system and process. Qualifications: • TN real estate license. • Highly economically motivated. • Driven to succeed.
