Volt is immediately hiring a CAD Drafter for an electronic manufacturing company shop in San Diego, CA. As a CAD Drafter you will: Produce precise 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using Solidworks and manage design files via Solid works, PDM Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to develop and revise technical layouts Support design reviews and ensure drawings meet company and industry standards Assist with documentation, including technical writing of specifications, procedures, and test reports Incorporate feedback from testing and assembly processes into updated designs Maintain version control and ensure accurate file management Interpret sketches and verbal instructions to generate clear, manufacturable drafts This is a Full-Time opportunity The ideal candidate will: Proficiency in Solidworks and Solidworks PM Familiarity with mechanical design, assembly, or product testing workflows Experience generating technical documentation, manuals, or process reports Schedule: Monday to Friday 1st shift 8AM to 5PM (Flexible) Pay: $25 per hour Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
