About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff / Transformation Leader to work closely with the CEO in shaping and executing the organization's strategic vision. This pivotal role involves not only defining and developing strategic initiatives but also driving operational enhancements across all business functions. The successful candidate will be adept at balancing the realization of strategic goals with the practicalities of operational improvement, taking independent ownership of critical projects, and providing strategic support for a variety of leadership-led initiatives. A background in healthcare or technology, with a minimum of 5-7 years of post-MBA experience that includes roles in both a strategy consulting firm and industry, is preferred. The ideal Chief of Staff at the company will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in both strategic and operational leadership. Responsibilities include supporting the CEO in day-to-day activities, managing special projects, and serving as a key liaison between the CEO and the rest of the organization. The role demands a high level of autonomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The candidate should be prepared to immerse themselves in the company's culture, values, and mission, and be ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
