Overview Chief People Officer The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their mission-driven organization. The CPO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by leading with empathy, driving transformation, and building a people-first culture. This executive-level position requires a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, with a focus on aligning people strategy with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing a comprehensive strategy for learning and development, succession planning, and organizational development. They will also lead core HR functions, including benefits, compensation, compliance, and talent management, with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of ownership and trust.
