VoIP
6+ years of CUCM A well-designed network is critical to move data and enable agencies to achieve their missions, but how can an organization make sure their network will fit their current and evolving needs? Crafting the right network, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. That’s why we need you, an experienced network engineer who knows how to develop the exact network the Air Force needs. As a network engineer on our team, you’ll use your experience in Voice, virtual, and network design, architecture, and system interoperability to support the nation’s defense and respond to evolving adversaries. You’ll upgrade, maintain, and develop enterprise-wide infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, analyze current working infrastructures and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems. You’ll apply your expertise in VoIP, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), network design and architecture, system interoperability as you join our team of problem-solvers to help the Air Force special access community evolve and deploy new capabilities and technologies. Your knowledge of VoIP protocols, equipment, emerging technology, and configurations will come in handy as you optimize client operations and modernization. Using your experience in Cisco hardware, Palo Alto firewalls, virtual routing and SolarWinds, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients on mission-critical projects. Using your technical curiosity and knowledge of industry standards, you’ll make an impact on national security missions. You Have: 6+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), including Voice or Video
5+ years of experience with Network Engineering
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting SIP Trunks
Experience with configuring and managing Call Plans
Experience with Cisco CUBE or Cisco Expressway
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Security+ Certification Nice If You Have: Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Knowledge of Cross Domain System Ability to work within Virtual environments
