Immediate need for a talented Claims Certification Trainer (Guidewire). This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX / Phoenix, AZ(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead instructor-led training for cohorts of ~15+ learners.
• Tailor content delivery based on learners’ current certification status.
• Coordinate with the Training Assistant (TA) for lab and hands-on support.
• Align instruction with required training hours and program milestones.
• Track learner progress and provide coaching

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Guidewire; Claims Certification; Training
• 3+ years of experience delivering Guidewire-related training (Business or Technical tracks).
• Proven experience delivering cohort-based training programs.
• Background in Claims Business Operations or Claims Technology Platforms.
• Strong facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with certification frameworks and modular learning approaches.
• Ability to adjust training delivery for mixed-experience groups.
• Active Guidewire certifications are strongly preferred.
