Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate brokerage? We’re hiring Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Interns for our San Mateo, CA office.This is an on-site, commission-based internship designed for highly motivated individuals eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry while developing sales, marketing, and financial analysis skills.
About the Role:
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside brokers and gain direct exposure to deal-making in commercial real estate. Interns will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience, learning how to prospect clients, analyze market trends, and support transactions. The position provides unlimited growth potential with a high ceiling for earnings for those willing to put in the work.
Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and establish relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify commercial real estate opportunities
• Assist brokers in client meetings and provide insights on market trends
• Support marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials for listings
• Assist in drafting contracts and agreements under broker supervision
• Engage with clients, vendors, and internal team members to facilitate transactions
