The Allen Company, Inc. is offering 20 temporary, full-time construction laborer positions in Winchester, KY. The position is available from 04/01/2026 through 11/28/2026, with a schedule of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed. Workers will be paid weekly at $21.98-$24.00 per hour, with overtime pay of $32.97-$36.00 per hour. Additional overtime varies. The job involves a variety of tasks including preparing surfaces for paving, utility installation and grading, repairing and maintaining municipal roadways, and operating machinery. Pre-employment drug testing and background checks are required. No experience is needed, as training will be provided. The employer facilitates housing arrangements and provides all necessary tools, supplies, and equipment.
