Controls Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering and experience with automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency and ensure system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Program PLCs and integrate with CNC machines for automation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing control systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of controls with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of control systems, PLC programming, and electrical design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical for system design.
• Experience with RSLogix, Factory Talk Studio, STEP 7, and WinCC programming is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fladder and Fapt Picture software for visualization and monitoring is preferred.
