Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established financial institution in the Westlake area to hire an experienced and customer-focused
Personal Banker . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others achieve their financial goals while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Open and maintain both personal and business accounts.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services.
- Support ATM verification, reconciliation, and other operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with cross-training as needed.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of teller or personal banking experience .
- Experience working with credit unions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Dependable and professional with the ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic banking software systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
