\nPay Rate: $16.00/HR
\nSchedule: Temp-to-hire, Monday-Friday opportunity 
\nHours: 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am and 6pm

\n What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
\n- Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations.
\n- Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and coordinating with other departments to address problems.
\n- Documenting inquiries accurately and providing feedback to management regarding customer issues, maintaining records on complaints, and making recommendations for improvements.

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.
\n- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong human relations and organizational abilities.
\n- Are capable of handling high-stress situations with good judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
