POSITION SUMMARY:

Customs Entry Writer is knowledgeable in all matters pertaining to US Customs regulations that apply to products imported from vendors and suppliers outside the jurisdiction of US government rules. The Customs Entry Writer will assist Senior Manager of Supply Chain, Logistics & FTZ to ensures that FULLBEAUTY Brands comply with applicable rules and regulations promulgated by the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help to oversee the FTZ management which includes, 214 processing, 7501, 3461 weekly entries. This includes ensuring accuracies in manifest information such as quantities, processing all weekly shipments on foreign goods from the zone and weekly estimate filed to customs for expected shipment volumes and HTS codes
• Work with system provider on an annual basis on a FTZ Systems audit check when a review of the FTZ systems is done to ensure they are running properly
• Manage the document distribution process
• Assist Logistics department when needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or a related field
• 1-3 years’ experience in logistics, FTZ compliance
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to clearly communicate
• Proven capabilities executing strategy and problem solving with a high level of accountability
