Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Transportation and Logistics to lead our transportation and warehouse operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of donated goods and merchandise throughout our service region.

Youll work closely with our retail and donation center operations to ensure goods move seamlessly from point A to point Ball while upholding our commitment to sustainability, community impact, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage transportation and warehouse operations to ensure high levels of safety, efficiency, and performance.
• Develop and implement strategies that support cost-effective movement of goods and maximize productivity.
• Lead process improvements, sustainability initiatives, and data-driven decision-making to enhance logistics performance.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, staffing, training, and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align logistics with organizational goals and mission impact.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience (5+ years) in transportation, logistics, or warehouse management in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, route optimization, fleet management, and warehouse procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
