Overview We’re seeking an Area Director of Restaurants to oversee a portfolio of award-winning, chef-driven concepts in Charleston, SC. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Lead multiple restaurant teams and inspire a culture of hospitality Drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence Build strong vendor relationships and support local sourcing Play a key role in new restaurant openings and market development Give back through community initiatives and volunteer efforts What We’re Looking For 6+ years as a Multi-Unit GM or Area Director Proven track record of hitting revenue goals Strong leadership and team-building skills Deep understanding of culinary trends (coffee shop experience a plus!)
