Disney Entertainment Television is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Drama for ABC Entertainment and Hulu. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail?oriented, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast?paced, creative environment and has a passion for scripted?casting and the entertainment industry.
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the SVP of Drama by managing complex administrative tasks, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day?to?day operations. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including talent, agents and managers, additional senior executives, and help drive the success of the Drama department.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $59,600 to $79,800 per year based on a 40?hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job?related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long?term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
