EXECUTIVE BENEFITS CONSULTANT

In this role, you will help organizations attract and retain top leadership talent through customized benefit solutions. As an Executive Benefits Consultant, you will engage directly with industry leaders, providing consultative guidance on executive benefits and compensation strategies. Your role will involve shaping leadership teams, expanding client relationships, and making meaningful contributions to the organizations you serve.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with financial institutions, credit unions, banking, healthcare, or higher education.


• A proven track record in consultative sales, engaging with executives and board members.


• Experience in business development, lead generation, and strategic sales planning (including cold-calling).


• A background in finance, capital markets, lending, or executive compensation is a plus.


• Confidence in presenting and building relationships.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.


• Life Insurance License is required; CLU designation is a plus.


• CFP certification is a plus.


• Willingness to travel up to 50% and maintain a flexible schedule.
