Overview:

Univista Insurance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to support the company’s franchise growth initiatives. This role will assist the Head of Franchise Sales with lead management, candidate outreach, presentation preparation, and coordination throughout the franchise sales process. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator with a strong interest in sales and business development, preferably within the insurance or financial services space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Franchise Sales in executing franchise recruitment activities and meeting growth objectives.
  • Assist with managing incoming franchise inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate lead records.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential franchise candidates and provide basic information about the Univista Insurance franchise model.
  • Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposal documents in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Participate in candidate meetings, calls, and presentations as needed, taking notes and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate candidate evaluations by gathering required documentation and assisting in preliminary qualification reviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by working closely with the Franchise Development team
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, and sales metrics for regular review with the Head of Franchise Sales.
  • Assist with research on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to support sales strategies.
  • Perform general administrative and organizational tasks related to franchise sales operations.
  • Attend and assist with the planning, coordination, and onsite management of franchise events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or administrative support; franchise or insurance industry experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with prospective franchisees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and general business software.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, or customer relationship management preferred.
  • Travel is required for meetings, training, and franchise events.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
