Benefits: The purpose of the Front Desk Sales Associate is provide exceptional customer service and to assist with new membership sales. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. Please note we are looking for long-term fulfillment. This is not a "summer only" position.
REQUIREMENTS: - Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Warm welcoming and engaging personality
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must have proficient computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Authorization to work in the United States required
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's goals and needs
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Take pictures for social media platforms
COMPENSATION & PERKS: - This position offers a competitive hourly rate + commission on membership sales

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
