• $15 - $16 per hour + incentive pay

Crew’s expectations:

\n
• Must be at least 16 years old
\n
• No prior work experience is required
\n
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
\n
• Have the ability to work during the hours of 7AM- 4PM in a fast-paced operations environment
\n
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
\n
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
\n
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
\n
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
\n
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
\n
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
\n
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
\n
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
\n
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
\n
