Overview Opportunity is part-time, ongoing assembly work for both in-store (nationwide office supply chain) and in-home furniture assembly. As an Independent Contractor with SFS, Inc., you will be assembling RTA furniture; experience with TV wall mounts, gas grills, sporting goods, bicycles, and display racks is also valued. Responsibilities Assemble products according to client’s written instructions. Carry and lift up to 50 lbs.; be able to bend and stand for extended periods. Report client work completions on the same day as service. Maintain internet access and an active email address. Own tools and reliable transportation; some travel involved. Operate as an independent contractor with the ability to control your own schedule. Qualifications Must possess merchandising and/or commercial furniture assembly experience. Able to understand plan-o-grams and perform customized category resets independently. Able to assemble products according to client’s written instructions. Must have own tools and be able to transport them to job sites. Internet access and an active email address.
