Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Granola Cook. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with an expanding company. Initially, you will start with 10-20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as we grow together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking.
• Craft delicious granola, cool it, and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain sufficient product levels to meet demand.
• Wash dishes and keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Perform deep cleaning to maintain a sanitized kitchen environment.
• Store all food and items properly and ensure ingredient quality.
• Manage stock and reorder supplies when needed.
• Flexibly assist with additional tasks like bagging granola or other duties.

Requirements:

• Commitment to sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• A responsible, honest, and trustworthy demeanor.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lb bags of oats.

Location & Schedule:

• This role is based in Westminster, CO 80031.
• Reliable commute or plans to relocate before starting work is required.
• Work is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.

Salary:

• Starting at $17.50 per hour
