High-Rise Window Cleaner to join our team responsible for maintaining the glass exterior of a building. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits ( | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **SHIFT: OVERNIGHTS** **Basic Qualifications:** + Must be 18 years of age or older + No high school diploma, GED or college degree required + Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and fall protection systems. + Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. **Responsibilities:** + Perform exterior and interior glass cleaning on the Amazon Spheres and adjacent structures. + Utilize rope access systems, aerial lifts, and other approved equipment for high-rise cleaning. + Inspect and maintain cleaning tools and safety gear to ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards. + Conduct pre-job safety checks and adhere to all site-specific safety protocols. + Report any damage, defects, or hazards to the maintenance supervisor. + Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
