Overview
A privately owned organization is seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee daily workflow and staff performance across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, refining processes, and ensuring every task is completed to a consistent, high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team responsible for daily site upkeep, readiness, and quality control.
• Coordinate schedules and staffing to ensure efficient task completion and coverage.
• Establish clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and maintain accountability across the team.
• Track and improve key performance indicators such as timeliness, accuracy, and overall presentation quality.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve issues and enhance internal communication.
• Maintain inventory levels, oversee supply orders, and monitor usage and costs.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to promote engagement and retention.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement process improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, facilities, or a related environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on leadership style with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and work within a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility required (weekends or holidays as needed).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-site operations or distributed teams.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, quality tracking, or compliance protocols.
