HUMAN RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT : Advises and assists staff with human resources policies and procedures and partners with those whom we are in a transformational relationship with to support program and organizational effectiveness to reach the Agency's end.
PLANNING, ORGANIZATION, AND PRIORITIZATION : Assesses the work to be performed, and considers how it should be organized and accomplished, with appropriate priorities and realistic time parameters.
POLICY, PROCEDURAL, AND LEGAL NAVIGATION AND ANALYSIS : Understands and applies knowledge of Agency policies and procedures, and governmental statutes and regulations. Analyzes new practices and laws for potential impact to the Agency and its programs and services.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FACILITATION : Sharing knowledge and expertise with the goal of improving professional skills and knowledge through adult learning programs.
WORKFORCE PLANNING : Aligns the operational needs of the organization and its workforce with the Agency's goals. Partners with those whom we are in a transformational relationship with to design strategies that support leadership in planning for and obtaining the necessary human resources, learning, and professional development to carry out the Agency's mission.
