REMOTE WORK FROM HOME Manage team of marketing representatives to develop agency and broker channel. Responsibilities Develop and execute production plans and sales pipeline. Supervise new agency prospecting, evaluation, and appointment process in accordance with goals and agency potential. Serve as liaison with select agencies, including periodic in person visits. Monitor agency relationships and guide direct reports in developing action plans. Coach team to identify account leads and sell quotes to agents. Advise branch and corporate office teams on current market conditions in territories. Recommend changes in commercial property and casualty products and services as appropriate.
