Oversee system configuration, validation of pay rules, and end‑to‑end payroll process testing. Manage data extraction, cleansing, and migration from WFC to Pro WFM. Integration Oversight: Collaborate with system integrators and PMO teams to support seamless integrations using Kronos Boomi middleware. Ensure proper synchronization with PeopleSoft HRMS and other legacy applications. Leadership & Project Coordination: Mentor and lead a small team of Kronos analysts during testing and validation phases. Coordinate with the Program Manager to align milestones, deliverables, and risk management activities. Maintain project documentation and communicate status updates to key stakeholders. Required Skills & Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Kronos/UKG Pro WFM implementations. Proven success in system upgrades, integrations, and configuration validation. Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with WFM systems. Proficiency in test design, script development, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Familiarity with Kronos Boomi, middleware tools, and data migration processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving project needs.
