Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to support daily laboratory operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in laboratory techniques and contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative scientific environment. The technician will assist with routine testing, sample preparation, and general lab maintenance under the supervision of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic laboratory tests and analyses according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare samples, solutions, and reagents accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment
• Operate, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on laboratory instruments and equipment
• Record and document test results and observations clearly and accurately
• Support inventory management by tracking supplies and restocking as needed
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines and procedures
• Assist with data entry and routine reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field
• 0–2 years of laboratory experience (academic or industry)
• Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
