Join Our Team as a Transaction & Listing Coordinator!

Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Transaction & Listing Coordinator to keep our busy real estate team running smoothly. In this in-office role , you’ll manage listings from prep to launch and guide transactions from contract to close—handling everything from scheduling inspections and repairs to coordinating escrow paperwork, all while delivering five-star service to clients.

An active WA broker license is highly preferred, along with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a love for working with people. If you’re ready to grow your real estate career with the #1 team in Washington State, apply today!

$20 - $25 hourly

• Collect client signatures and documentation to launch listings and complete transactions
• Prepare, manage, and review all transaction documents for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, title companies, and cooperating agents
• Track and meet all transaction dates, deadlines, and requirements
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and follow up on repairs and work orders
• Maintain organized records and keep the transaction calendar up to date
• Communicate updates to all parties to ensure a smooth process from contract to close
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency
• Follow company transaction checklists and complete additional tasks as assigned

• Active WA real estate license (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ year of real estate administrative or transaction experience
• Strong knowledge of WA real estate contracts and transaction processes
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking
• Comfortable using web-based programs and technology
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented
• Willingness to cross-train and support other team members when needed
