Litigation Paralegal - Long-Term Care Defense

Location: Remote (Preference for Tennessee candidates)
Schedule: Full-Time

LHH Recruitment Solution is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support a long-term care defense practice. This role involves working closely with an attorney and handling all phases of litigation, particularly in long-term care liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Compile and manage information for discovery responses and maintain case files.
• Docket deadlines and track litigation activities.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and vendors to obtain necessary records and evidence.
• Handle some administrative functions as part of a small team.
• E-file documents in Tennessee courts.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in long-term care defense (plaintiff experience considered).
• Education: Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• eDiscovery experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
