Lot Attendant

Lot Attendant Transdev in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Lot Attendant to provide operational oversight, day-to-day management, and assist drivers in safe route operation. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

• Position: Lot Attendant
• Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: $23.00 - $23.69 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
• Starting pay $23.00 with progression to $23.69 over 1 year.
• Benefits include: vacation, paid sick leave, medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior
• Move vehicles in building and lot, and deliver vehicles to locations and fuel & inspection stations
• Maintain vehicle mileage records
• Building supplies inventory
• Clean and maintain building interior and exterior
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to learn and perfect maintenance skills
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
