In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Ensure monthly KPI’s of manufacturing performance.
  • Maintain production meeting rhythms to drive accountability and consistency.
  • Create and manage effective scheduling practices to ensure customer demands are fulfilled for all products.
  • Optimize labor cost and workflow.
  • Implement SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) principles to reduce changeover times.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Share Best Practices between Manufacturing Lines (Cells)

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ability to handle fast-paced changes and adapt to evolving production needs.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring and improving labor costs and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to implement effective processes for team productivity.
  • Able to understand complex automation technology and how it works.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or business.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production management role.
  • U.S. citizenship or green card holder required.
