This is a full-time on-site role based in Springfield, IL, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape and drive our marketing presence from strategy to execution. You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, managing paid campaigns, creating engaging content, and growing our community across key platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Launch and manage campaigns that increase reach, engagement, and lead generation. Own our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and more. Plan, create, and post engaging content on a consistent schedule. Monitor trends and community engagement to improve performance and brand image. Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Analyze ad performance metrics and make data-backed adjustments to improve ROI. Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign efficiency. Coordinate content creation (copy, graphics, and short-form videos). Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets. Track key marketing KPIs and provide monthly reports with insights and optimizations. Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others to inform decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required). 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Proven ability to plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms with measurable results. Strong copywriting, content ideation, and storytelling skills. Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Canva or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Skills Proficient in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for creating engaging visuals and branded content. Video editing experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Strong copywriting and creative storytelling tailored for different platforms. Familiarity with social media trends, content formats, and best practices. Ability to develop and manage creative content calendars and campaign themes. Experience with marketing automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com to streamline ad workflows and outreach. Comfortable working with email/CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or HubSpot. Basic knowledge of SEO and blog content writing. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization.
