Position: Marketing Coordinator for Physical Therapy Clinic

The Role:

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role you’ll be an integral part of the team in developing and implementing first class marketing campaigns to help connect our amazing and highly motivated clientele with the very best holistic Physical Therapy care available. You also must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail. Responsibilities and Activities: 

• Write weekly email and blog content to be sent to our in house list. 
• Work with Physical Therapy team to create weekly video content to be repurposed to email/blog/social media.
• Create basic graphic design content via Canva for social media posts, fliers, email and blog images/infographics.
• Provide weekly marketing reports to the clinic owner of leads generated, the source of those leads, cost per lead, sales closed, conversion percentages and ROI. 

• Assist in creating, updating and managing various campaigns in the company’s CRM. 
• Assist in creating, updating and managing the company’s social media sites and Google My Business site. 
• Manage the inbound lead cleaning and follow-up process to ensure all inbound leads are qualified, cleaned, tracked and followed up on according to our follow-up process.

• Work with the company’s SEO/Google Ads/Facebook Ads company to improve our rankings, ad performance and/or hold top positions for critical keywords. 
• Manage referral rewards program. 
• Work with our web designer to update and create pages to optimize lead generation and sell future programs. 
• Assist in the production of in-clinic and virtual workshops, coordination of health fairs, networking and other community events. 
• Assist in the creation, updating and production of the company’s Shock-And-Awe materials and other sales collateral. 

Skills Required: 

• Deep understanding of the company’s target market, USP, services and products. 
• Deep understanding of direct response marketing. 
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to write effective marketing copy (basic sales copywriting). 
• Excellent attention to detail and dependability.
• Advanced skills with Word, Excel, Canva (or other graphic design program), CRM systems. Candidate must be able to accurately work with database files and Excel spreadsheets containing data. 
• Ability to produce ROI reports for various marketing initiatives. 
• Ability to properly format marketing communications, e-mails, social media and sales letters. 
• Ability to create a production schedule and follow it. 
• Ability to work under deadlines and on schedule. 
• Ability to plan work so that it is completed on time. 
• Experience with and proficient in organic social media marketing. 
• Demonstrates an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information; is tech-savvy. 
• Has experience in a business or industry where targets need to be met. Your performance will be measured and you will be held accountable for your job performance. You will be offered initial and ongoing training and coaching with world class coaches to ensure your success in the role.

Our team currently includes 3 highly skilled Physical Therapists and we are looking to add another rockstar to our team in this crucial Marketing role. As a result, we are now offering you an opportunity to help us continue to grow and provide an exceptional care experience for our patients that goes way beyond what is offered by most health care facilities.

Compensation for this Role:

Competitive Full-Time or Part-Time pay available ($18-23/hour depending on experience and skill level) with some Benefits. Opportunity for increased pay with career advancement. 

Hours:

Ideally 20-25 hours/week, open to hiring a candidate looking for 20+ hours/week.

Location: Delafield, WI

*Our clinic is located in Delafield, WI and this position also includes some remote/work from home opportunities.
