Job Title : Director, Brand & Product Marketing
Location : Columbia, MD | Downtown Chicago, IL | Minneapolis, MN (On-site M-Th, WFH Fridays)
Compensation : $155,000-$165,000+ (commensurate with experience), bonus potential based on personal and company performance up to 25% of base. Additional 20% for long term investment bonus.

We're looking for a Director of Brand & Product Marketing to lead the strategic direction and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across a portfolio of mission-driven offerings. You'll balance brand equity with product performance-defining and launching campaigns that connect, convert, and scale.

Additional Details Requirements : Must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of our core locations : Columbia, MD | Downtown Chicago, IL | Minneapolis, MN | Chandler, AZ. Willingness to work 4 days in-office as part of a hybrid model.
Preferred Qualifications : Experience with influencer marketing, including acquisition and campaign management.Familiarity with higher education marketing or a related industry (a bonus but not required).Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Asana.
