We are seeking a General Manager (Multi-Site) for our client in Scottsdale, a luxury apartment development comprising three towers, featuring nearly 600 apartment homes. The Multi-Site Property Manager will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and driving the financial performance of each property. Working closely with our Asset and Community Leadership Team, you will be a central figure in our management team, carrying significant responsibilities and contributing to collective decision-making. Your expertise in property management will be crucial in providing the insights and leadership needed to guide our growth and success.

In this role, you’ll navigate the complex operational landscape, ensuring that all aspects of property management align with our objectives and plans. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that operational processes are efficient and effective.

Background needed:

• 8+ years’ experience as an on-site property manager at luxury apartment communities, preferably mid-rise and high-rise.

• Experience leading a medium to large team with success as a coach, leader and mentor.

• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager 7s and Rent Café Site Manager.

• Ability to operate in multiple software applications.

• Experience in creating and managing operating and capital budgets, and fluency with various accounting reports.
