Roles & Responsibilities

• Manually inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products.
• Perform finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, clinical, and other demands.
• Ensure finished products are packaged according to procedures and quality specifications.
• Inspect in-process packaging components to ensure consistent quality and remove defective products and packaging materials.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of manufacturing activities related to product packaging, including device history records and inventory counts.
• Perform simple mathematical calculations required for batch records.
• Assist with inventory counting activities as required.
• Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions/observations.
• Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.
• Follow all personal protective equipment and product contamination control requirements (e.g., gowning).
• Handle hazardous waste appropriately.

Experience Required

• A minimum of 1 year of industry work experience.

Skills & Certifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good documentation practices.
• Familiarity with computers and various software for general business functionality.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule, including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Must be able to adhere to personal protective equipment and product contamination control requirements.
