Paid Internship – Social Media Intern

Location: Atlanta, GA (Right next to Brave Stadium)

What You’ll Do

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Brainstorm and execute campaigns that showcase company culture, job opportunities, and consultant success stories.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics (likes, shares, follows, engagement) to identify trends and optimize content.
• Research social trends in the IT staffing and consulting space to keep our brand relevant and competitive.
• Review and monitor feedback about the company on social platforms and job boards (like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor).
• Assist in reputation management efforts by identifying areas for improvement and helping us encourage more positive reviews.
• Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• Current college student (preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields)
• Familiar with social media platforms and content trends, especially LinkedIn & Instagram
• Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and tone
• Creative thinker with a positive attitude and strong initiative
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small, fast-paced team
• Interest in technology, recruiting, or digital marketing is a plus

Internship Details

• Pay: $20/hour (paid internship)
• Hours: 20 hours/week
• Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
• Location: Atlanta, GA – Office located right next to Braves Stadium (Hybrid flexibility available)
• Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for extension or full-time opportunities
