Job Description

Hiring a part-time Marketing Specialist for a 12+ month remote opportunity based in Los Angeles, California. This role will average 20–25 hours per week. In this position, you’ll support our client, a leading American video game developer, publisher, and esports tournament organizer. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce presentations, manage roadmaps, secure promotional support, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and analyze key performance metrics to optimize game visibility and engagement. Responsibilities:

• Produce first-party presentations with brand and product teams, providing actionable insights and feedback on format, content, and delivery timelines.
• Manage game roadmaps and shared marketing plans to keep internal and external teams updated on key business and marketing details.
• Work with first-party partners to secure promotional support for upcoming content by prioritizing top campaigns and in-app events.
• Manage key marketing assets and materials across internal stakeholders and publishing partners for digital and partner marketing campaigns.
• Manage self-promotional tools on Google and Apple (e.g., Google Play Promotional Content Cards and App Store In-App Event Cards) to ensure players are informed about patch news and game updates.
• Analyze and track key metrics on how games leverage platform features.

• Proficient in Airtable, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with mobile partner portals such as App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Project management experience with external and internal stakeholders.
• Related partner management or business operations experience in a gaming, media, or consumer web/mobile services company.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
