Part-time Receptionist

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Part-time Receptionist job in Englewood, CO. To qualify, you must have at least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 2 months. Depending on our client’s needs and your performance, this role may be extended. You will earn between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour in this temporary job opportunity.
Responsibilities:
-Greeting guests at the front desk
-Answering phones and transferring calls
-Scheduling appointments
-Data entry and verification
-Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
-Filing documents
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent multitasking skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $20.00 and $22.00
Schedule:
-Typically Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
-8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Some flexibility may be allowed based on your needs and our client’s needs
