What You’ll Do

• Lead all day-to-day plant operations within a fast-paced meat processing environment
  
  
• Drive productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  
• Oversee production, scheduling, staffing, and departmental performance
  
  
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing expansion
  
  
• Develop and mentor team members while fostering a strong operational culture
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in meat processing or food manufacturing operations
  
  
• Proven leadership experience in production, operations, or plant management
  
  
• Strong understanding of USDA, food safety, and quality standards
  
  
• Ability to lead teams, improve processes, and manage complex plant activities
  
  
• Someone motivated by growth, change, and building a high-performing environment
