This role involves designing and implementing a data and reporting framework that aligns with security, risk, and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with platform owners and stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and improve service maturity across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Build analytics and BI solutions by gathering data from various IdAM platforms. Analyze and maintain data to support decision-making and service evaluation. Define requirements for data storage and analytical models. Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for cross-functional teams. Maintain documentation including design specs, requirements, and user guides. Ensure data quality and alignment with IdAM services. Collaborate with peers to prioritize tasks and deliverables effectively. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience withPower BIand data visualization. 5+ years of experience designing and building database models inMS SQL Server. Strong background in data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with testing methods for business functions and data integrity. Ability to create interactive, user-friendly, and visually appealing dashboards. Understanding of software development lifecycle and data modeling concepts. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Security certifications such asCISSP, CISM, or CISAare a plus.
