The Role: Master Offset Press Operator

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Master Offset Press Operator to run high-profile commercial and packaging print jobs. This is a chance to work with high-end equipment on complex, custom projects.
What You’ll Be Operating
Komori 40-inch multi-color sheet-fed presses.
KBA 47 x 64-inch large-format offset sheet-fed printing presses.
Responsibilities & Expertise
Operate, set up, and maintain large-format and medium-format offset printing equipment (Komori/KBA).
Perform precise color management and fine-tuning to meet strict client specifications for premium collateral, custom packaging, point-of-sale displays, and direct mail.
Oversee press performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure efficient, high-quality output.
Manage UV Printing and coating processes.
Maintain accurate logs and adhere to all safety and quality control standards.
