What You'll Do

• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction
• Build authentic relationships and deliver five-star service
• Run CMAs to price homes competitively
• Negotiate offers/counteroffers with confidence
• Stay sharp on Triangle market trends
• Create simple listing walkthrough videos (we’ll teach you)
• Close deals—and celebrate the wins with your team

Skills & Requirements

• North Carolina Real Estate License (or actively enrolled in the course)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and trustworthy
• Must be located within 30 minutes of Raleigh
